Responsible for overall support of the Marketing Department, assisting in the execution of internal and external initiatives.Assist with monitoring and maintenance of Premier’s online/digital assets.Assist with procurement of social media/online content.Assist with the procurement/development of assets needed for advertising of new and used equipment or other initiatives.Coordination and aiding delivery of events and/or corporate sponsorships.Fulfillment of branding assets and requests such as SWAG, dealership branding, product literature, etc.Assist in the fulfillment of seasonal promotions for all departments.Coordination of the general administration of the marketing department, assisting with quoting, and processing/forwarding of administrative documents.Other duties as assigned.Skills and Requirements:

Post Secondary education in Broadcasting/Videography, Graphic Design, or Marketing.Be an Ideal Team Player with the ability to connect and be a supporting part of a high performing team.Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Familiar with social media platforms and management tools – Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Hootsuite.Familiar with filming and editing processes.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Understanding/training with website development software (Shopify, etc.) considered an asset.Understanding/training in Google Analytics/Google My Business an asset.Event experience, photography, writing or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, agriculture, retail, or automotive all considered assets.Availability outside of regular working hours will be required.Must have a valid driver’s license.At Premier Equipment, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible work environment, where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
