As a Restaurant Cook, you will deliver quality food to our customers while controlling daily and weekly inventories and conduct tasks to see that guests have the level of food service to Neiman Marcus Standards. This job is onsite and will report to the Restaurant Manager.What You'll Do
Maintain an active role in the smoothness and efficiency of retail restaurant operations by producing and coordinating the production of food items needed for daily menus and special eventsMaintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability through proper use of production, build-to, and order sheetsCommunicate supply needs for production with head cookChecks in with supervisor for any special preparation needed before starting normal kitchen dutiesMaintain equipment daily and reports any malfunctions to leadershipWhat You Bring
