Full-Time (Hybrid)AVEVA, a global leader in industrial engineering software, is seeking a talented Multi-Media Production Designer to join our Customer Education Services team. This role is pivotal in creating engaging and professional-quality video learning courses for AVEVA Learning Academy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to capture training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and transform these recordings into high-quality educational content. If you are passionate about video production, have a keen eye for detail, and are skilled in video production and editing with experience in learning design, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts in the industrial engineering software field to record training sessions, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams.Edit raw footage to create polished, professional-quality videos for educational purposes.Develop and produce video learning courses that are engaging, informative, and aligned with AVEVA Learning Academy standards.Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent quality.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia to produce and edit video content.Implement best practices in video production and editing to enhance the learning experience.Apply principles of adult learning theory to design effective educational videos.Manage and organize video production projects to meet deadlines and project goals.Collaborate with a global team of subject matter experts to gather content and feedback.Provide minimal travel support for in-person recordings as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Video Production, Instructional Design, or a related field.Proven experience in video production and video editing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Camtasia.Strong portfolio showcasing previous video production and editing work.Experience in creating educational videos and familiarity with adult learning theory.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a global team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.Minimal travel required.Video production studio experience is a plus.Salary Range:

$85,500.00 - $175,800.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.USA Benefits:
