The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy and social media content. You will lead our social media and website designs and content, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing and social media background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing and social media planCoordinate all marketing and social media activities to generate leadsCollaborate with other teams to promote offeringsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategiesTrack performance of all marketing campaignsRLM Underground was established in 2016 and specializes in underground telecom construction projects throughout the Midwest. RLM has rapidly grown at staggering rates, expanding its construction and operating capabilities into a full-turnkey telecommunications contractor. Over the years, RLM has expanded its operating nationally with operating spanning the east and west coast.This is a full-time, on-site position. Salary will be determined based on experience, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketingStrong Social Media PresenceAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
