Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and has some experience in generating print and/or electronic marketing collateral.Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain team CRM database of properties and ownersManage and maintain email databaseManage deal flow (facilitate the execution of all documents necessary when deals are launched and during escrow)Generate market reportsGenerate call lists as directedTrack sales and lease comps throughout the marketManage team leader’s schedule & emailBuild Proposals and Offering MemorandaBuild and deploy email blasts promoting listingsManage social media postsMaintain a marketing schedule of proactive marcomm activitiesRequired Knowledge and/or Experience:

Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sourcesMicrosoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power PointProficiency with Macintosh OSExcellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and punctuationHighly organized and detail orientedVersatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requestedA basic understanding of and/or interest in investment real estate is a plusExperience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plusSome facility with InDesign or Photoshop is a plus
