Community Liason/Marketing and Sales RepresentativeYou’re an ambitious, outgoing sales and marketing professional with experience in home service companies or nurse staffing agencies who wants a career that will grow with them. We are three fast-growing healthcare-related small businesses that need the right person to help us grow. We need someone who can build relationships with hospitals, long-term care facilities and community contacts that create new client referral pipelines to drive new business to all three companies.

If you work with us, we’ll invest in you and your career to help you gain the skills you need to succeed, grow, and advance.Responsibilities:– Maintain and strengthen our relationships with referral partners and community organizations– Source and build relationships with new referral partners in the community (including long-term care facilities and hospitals). Local travel will be required– Own communication with partners, both in-person and via phone/email– Be responsible for new referral leads and/or revenue growth– Lead on all community outreach, including participation and/or organization of events– Assist in other sales or marketing related tasks as needed (social media posting, client referralQualifications:– Very strong people skills; able to carry yourself confidently in stressful situations– A level of experience in outside sales that typically comes with at least 2-3 years of experience– Healthcare industry (hospital and long term care marketing) experience required. Prefer someone who has already marketed or worked as a community liason in our target area.– Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to drive results without needing to be micromanagedPay– $65,000 base salary depending on experience and other factors, with uncapped annual commission based on revenue increases for all three companies.– Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois health insurance (PPO/HMO options), 401k with match, PTO.
