About the JobCollaborate with creative partners (including copywriters) to develop concepts and strategic ideas that can be executed across programs within digital channels including website, app, email, blog, social media and digital paid media.

Design to weekly projects including promotional programs, website, app, blog, social and email, ensuring assets support responsive design principles, e-commerce best practices, and follow brand standards related to visual style / branding guidelines.

Implement quick-turn projects, working with marketing and project management partners to meet required deadlines.

Strategize creative solutions for customer loyalty trigger programs (email), working with Design Manager, copywriters, and email marketing coordinators.

Accomplish all identified digital marketing project goals for visual design, brand strategy and optimal user experience.

Demonstrate cultural awareness with regards to social media content and platforms, and how it can be used to cultivate a brand vision / brand voice experience.

Attend weekly internal creative reviews.

Work with merchandising teams to ensure product accuracy across all digital deliverables.

About YouBachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Graphic Design or other related areas from an Arts College or accredited University.

Minimum 5 years of combined experience in either digital graphic design or qualification from a related technical / educational qualification.

Experience with the online web development process, coding language, digital / video file format standards, browser compatibility, and function of UX / wire fames and information architecture.

Experience in retail marketing or digital brand experience working direct to consumer e-commerce preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), with in-depth knowledge of digital and video / motion tools and production technologies, including: HTML/CSS, mobile/tablet, e-commerce, wireframes, prototyping, social media platforms, digital paid media, and blogs.
