Graphic Designer / Digital Print Operator
to join us full time. The diverse product offerings at AlphaGraphics require an understanding of sheet-fed printing, sign manufacturing, graphic design, and Adobe software. In addition to digital copier production, this position will spend time working with our digital printers and finishing.More than anything, we’re looking for highly collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:Digital Print ProductionGraphics File Prep / DesignCreate a print-ready file using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.Create basic marketing and sales materialsMaintains production schedulesInteraction with clients for design proofing.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Two years of print and graphic design experiencePositive, Professional AttitudeStrong Work EthicProblem-Solving SkillsCooperative Interpersonal SkillsDemonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multitaskingBasic math skills and ability to use a computerStrong Multitasking AbilityEffective Communication Skills (oral and written)Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workloadThe employer posting this position, evaluating potential candidates, and making all hiring decisions is an independently owned and operated AlphaGraphics, Inc. franchisee.
