Graphic Designer . This role calls for a creative eye, ability to think outside of the box, and a knack for encouraging engineers outside of their comfort zones. The ideal candidate would be someone willing to push boundaries and help effectively visually communicate value and technical information to a diverse audience.Under the direction of the water business line and marketing leadership, core responsibilities in this role will be:Develop themed graphics, templates, and layouts for print collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations that visually tell a story customized to each deliverable.Craft visually appealing presentations following the assertion-evidence model - where messaging is backed by visual communication to communicate our value in a competitive environment.Update and provide guidance on long-form document design through collaboration with proposal development staff.Develop and maintain a library of InDesign and PPT templates for marketing and engineering staff use.To be considered, candidates are requested to provide examples of your design work. Namely print materials and presentations, but include anything additional you would like to share with the review team.

Demonstrated graphic design skillsAdvanced user of Microsoft PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred)Related experiencePreferred Skills:
