This is a full-time (Monday-Friday 9-5), in-person position, at our office in Fort Worth, Texas.As a Graphic Designer, you will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. Collaborate with the WFWM marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute graphic content across multiple mediums, including but not limited to social media, merchandise, and billboard designs.Collaborate with clients to understand their unique brand voice, goals, and messaging, and translate these into compelling content.Create captivating and shareable visual and written content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with client objectives.Stay updated on best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in graphic design.Qualifications
Demonstrable graphic design skill with a strong portfolio.Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Proficient in desktop publishing tools and InDesign.Have a strong eye for visual composition.Possess effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.The ability to give and receive constructive criticism.Have a good understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.Job Roles
