Enclave Luxury Outdoor Living is searching for an experienced production designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for the creation and production of graphic design and all visual aspects of high-end residential landscape projects. Candidates will work closely with the design team to produce 2D CAD drawings, 3D models, renderings, presentations, and all associated details. Candidates with knowledge of architectural design and detailing, hardscape, and structures are preferred. Knowledge of native plant material, drainage, irrigation, pools, and water features is a plus but not required.Responsibilities
Ability to conduct on-site analysis and observation of projects.Conceptual landscape, pool, and accessory structure CAD drawings and 3D models.Design development drawings and presentations.Construction documentation and project detailing.Skills
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD required. Structure/Pool Studios a plus but not required.Working knowledge of design and construction documentation of landscapes, hardscapes, accessory structures, and pools.Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor progress across multiple projects.Working knowledge of visualization and presentation processes and the ability to communicate ideas through drawings, 3D models, and graphic presentations.Enclave Luxury Outdoor Living is a full-service, award-winning design/build firm specializing in creating personalized environments for families passionate about outdoor living.
