Graphic Designer

Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a Graphic Designer to consolidate its marketing team. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Manager – Marketing and Sustainability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to shape all in-house conceptions of designs (print, web and including audio-visual and photographic content).Ensure the good running of the production of catalogues, products photography and promotional design elements.Maintain and grow cordial relationships with all partners and other stakeholders.Work in collaboration with the other departments to assist in the production of artworks.Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while ensuring quality deliverable.Strong ability to manage tight production deadlines, with multiple projects.Illustrate marketing materials in different formats based on brand standards while ensuring graphic consistency.Work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic DesignAt least 2 years of experience as a Graphic DesignerConversant with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)OTHER REQUISITES:Passion for exceptional creative and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detailAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesKnowledge in Adobe Premier & Adobe After Effects would be an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAvailable to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
