Minnesota State Community and Technical College is accepting applications for

Full-time Digital Marketing Instructor

to begin fall semester 2024. The instructor would teach on the Moorhead campus and online. Courses include Introduction to Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing UX Design, Search Engine Marketing, Email and MMS, Digital Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing Capstone, Principles of Marketing, and other marketing-related courses.This position will become unlimited upon completion of required six semesters of probationary status.Responsibilities:

Activities related to comprehensive community college teaching and learning, including but not limited to:Instructional planning and delivery;Teaching and facilitating student learning;Curriculum planning and development;Academic advising for Sales and Marketing students;Assessment of student performance at course and departmental level, and contribute to student assessment at the college general education level;Classroom management;Maintenance of professional skills and credentials;Participation in department meetings, coordination activities, and college-wide committees.Required Qualifications:

Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or business education.Occupational Experience Requirement:Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in sales and marketing.Recency Requirement:One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing.Demonstrated familiarity with and commitment to the mission and constituencies of a comprehensive community and technical college;Teaching experience at the post-secondary level or with adult learners.Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.Demonstrated ability to establish a positive learning environment that promotes retention, accountability, diversity, equity, excellence, innovation, collaboration, safety, and personal/professional growth.Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.Other Requirements:
