The Graphic Designer role involves providing conceptualization and development of graphic design solutions, contributing to team projects and processes to achieve defined objectives, strategies, and goals.Responsibilities:

Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers, and cross-functional teams on creative design solutions.Participate in the development of seasonal and everyday art collections within the Department’s archive of exclusive art.Produce inspiration and artwork including sketches, mood boards, mock-ups, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visuals.Review final designs and file set-ups to ensure project objectives are met and consistent with Brand Standards.Research art, typography, design, and marketing trends for inspiration.Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required.Enter and monitor project information in MARVIN and other team records.Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise.Consistently provide high-quality work, often under tight deadlines.Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the department and company.Maintain clean and orderly work stations.Adapt to additional duties and tasks.Requirements:

Experience or qualifications in a related field, or demonstrated professional-quality art/graphic design skills.Strong eye for color, style, typography, and design.Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office.Expanding knowledge of relevant software, techniques, industry trends, and the customer.Excellent analytical, research, conceptualization, and presentation skills.Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback.Strong work ethic demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and accountability.Proactive problem-solving skills with patience and intelligence.Self-motivation, initiative, and sound judgment.Excellent time management skills including multitasking and attention to detail.Excellent relationship-building skills including communication, negotiation, and collaboration.Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.Ability to meet Employee Performance Expectations.Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City.MissionStaff is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
