We’re excited that we already have the support of Good Morning America, The Today Show, Oprah Magazine, CNN, and Forbes helping us share our story.We are seeking a Photographer, Studio & Creative Production with an impeccable eye, and knack for problem solving to join our in-house Creative Team in the New York City office. This role will report to our Art Director. You will own the end-to-end production of all in-house photoshoots and will be a key partner in elevating the brand’s visual aesthetics. Your partners will be the Art Director, Manager of Top Frame Product Design, and Social Content Creator,What You’ll Do:

Set up & execute all in-house studio photography for all product launches and campaigns.Edit and retouch photographs to ensure they meet our standards of quality and visual appeal.Manage communications with agencies for outsourced retouching jobs and assure the end product is up to the Pair standard.Build shot lists, gather props, and materials for all in-house shoots.Upload final assets to the Digital Asset Management system.Collaborate with the Art Director to brainstorm new test shoot ideas for upcoming projects.Maintain the health of the studio including the space, equipment, and product samples.Work with the Product Design team to ensure product samples are received for upcoming shootsHelp to develop and update image style guides.Who You Are:

You have a keen eye and have a love of product photography, always striving to make your work better every time.You are flexible and creative and willing to tackle new challenges in a studio setting.You are detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You love working with a team, welcome feedback and gain energy working in an open and communicative atmosphere.Need to Have:

3+ years of studio product photography experience working in a team structure.A bachelor’s degree in photography or related field.A killer portfolio showcasing impeccable product photography using studio lighting.Skillful at building sets and prop styling.Experience working with and preparing files for retouchers.Master of lighting using strobes and modifiers.You know the ins and outs of Capture One and Photoshop.Intimate knowledge using the Canon camera system.Experience working with a Digital Asset Management system.Must be able to be in office 3 days a week.Nice to Have:Videography experience is a big plus.Portrait photography expertise.Some Benefits and Perks of Working At Pair:

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $62,000 - $85,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
