In the role of Highway Designer, we'll count on you to:Work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projectsTake responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimatesProvide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculationsPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications

Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression3 years of experience preferredPreference given to local candidatesRequired QualificationsAble to develop designs using MicroStation, GEOPAK or other transportation design software packages, MS Office experienceAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeAble to develop designs using MicroStation, GEOPAK or other transportation design software packages, MS Office experienceAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
