Senior Scent Design Manager

Job Description:The Senior Scent Design Manager at IFF is responsible for developing creative strategies and leading regional projects with some global exposure. This role involves partnering with Perfumers to design fragrance solutions, driving olfactive strategies, managing fragrance selection, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and more. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, 5-8 years of industry experience, excellent olfactive capabilities, Fabric Care experience, and project management skills. Additionally, strong communication, creativity, teamwork, composure, and problem-solving skills are essential.
