ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)Participate in the development of marketing strategies to include marketing materials, product flyers, sales enablement tools (brochures, flyers, presentations), websites, social media, and coordination of all other promotional programs.Assist in reporting and analysis of promotional activities and campaigns using appropriate metrics and presentations.Assist Sales and Product Teams in working with creative services, advertising, and digital and communication channels to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for product launches, promotions and campaigns.Develops, plans and coordinates all details for company events; including Annual Event, open houses, shows, etc.Assure timely delivery of programs, materials and marketing data for internal customers projects.Identify and recommend marketing support opportunities and priorities for Branch and Sales Managers.Interface and manage outsider Supplier relationships to provide marketing materials.Gathers and accurately reports out data analysis on sales figures as requested to Regional Sales Managers and the Executive Leadership Team.Maintain quickly changing project responsibilities and be able to adjust priorities accordingly.Able to clearly present marketing data in a creative, clear, and concise format to assist leadership in decision making and strategy development.Works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and distribute marketing materials through a variety of media outlets and mediums.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone required.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in marketing, Business or Communications preferred and 1-2 years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and graphic design tools. Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
