The Bi-Lingual Creative Content Specialist is a member ofthe administrative support team under the Marketing Group and is accountablefor providing consistent, creative, quality bi-lingual content, publications,and related PR/marketing materials for the Association's programs and theAssociation's development and fundraising efforts. The Bi-Lingual CreativeContent Specialist will possess a proven editorial track record to producehigh-quality, compelling, and engaging bi-lingual content for our audience, andcontributes to CCE Suffolk's overall success. Works collaboratively with allprogram areas to make our services stand out.

The purpose of the Bi-Lingual Creative Content Specialist position is toconstruct and execute an overall content marketing strategy, including writingand editing compelling bi-lingual content for marketing efforts, such as socialmedia management, content for annual report, appeal, website copy, emailcontent, ad copy, and blog posts. Ensuring consistent, accurate, and compellingbi-lingual tone across all member communications and content by managing acontent calendar and review process as a vital member of the Marketing WorkingGroup.Required Qualifications:Associatedegree or Equivalent Education.

GED/High School Diploma plus 1-yeartransferrable program/functional experience may substitute for theeducational component .Abilityread, write and communicate fluently in Spanish.Fouryears of experience in a content-related role.Provenability to research and write on technical topics independently.Keywordresearch.Abilityto work independently, organize workload, handle administrative detail,work under pressure, and establish priorities according to Associationrequirements.Abilityto maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance.Maintain a positive public image of CCE when dealing with the media,public, clients, staff, volunteers, and committee members.Managingand liaising with content, identifying higher impact content strategies.Abilityto use content to facilitate acquisition or conversion through digitalchannels, especially from search engines (SEO/SEM), social media, keywordresearch, or email marketing.Accordingto SEO best practices, copyediting includes blogs, category and productpages, resource pages, FAQs, and landing pages.Contentand email marketing analytics experience.Superiorbi-lingual writing and editing skills with a proven track record ofpublished compelling online content for financial institutionsStrongknowledge of bi-lingual writing best practices for various marketingchannels, including advertising, direct mail, email, sales materials,digital, events, and socialFamiliaritywith the latest types of bi-lingual content trends and technologies, aswell as a solid creative understandingAbilityto consistently prioritize workflow based on business impactAbilityto maintain energy, focus, and persistence despite challenges,disruptions, and redirectionsAbilityto lead and work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well underpressureAbilityto think creatively and innovativelyProficiencyin Creative Publishing Software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere), Google Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and similarsoftwareStrongwritten and verbal communication skillsUnderstandingof social platforms, social trends, and best ways to communicate contentAbilityand willingness to work with diverse audiences and maintain culturalsensitivity.Abilityto meet travel requirements associated with this position.Abilityto work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, asappropriate.Abilityto transport supplies and equipment with or without accommodation.Abilityto clearly communicate and to read and write in English.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstratedbi-lingual marketing and design abilities for effective branding andcommunicationsAbilityto generate creative and innovative approaches to marketing acommunity-based not-for-profit organization's bi-lingual educational imageand products.Abilityto initiate, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate informal and formalbi-lingual marketing and public relations programs addressing diverseaudiences.In-depthknowledge of bi-lingual marketing and media methods.Demonstratedability to create and maintain complex and unique databases ofinformation.POSITION DETAILS:Salary: $20 per hour (With Benefits)No relocation or VISA Sponsorship availableHOW TO APPLY:Review of applications will begin immediately.
