DescriptionResponsibilities & DutiesDevelop visually stunning and engaging designs for digital media, including banner ads, social media graphics, email newsletters, and website assets. (This is not a UX/UI position.)Create cohesive branding materials for both primary brands and privately owned brands within the company portfolio.Conceptualize and design print advertisements for various publications and marketing collateral.Provide creative oversight and direction to produce major catalogs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and aesthetic appeal.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all materials.Attend company events, trade shows, and motorsports events, serve as a representative of the company and develop written content about those events and activities for use in various company channelsOther duties as assigned.Education/Experience/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency setting.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfect execution.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design projects, demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical proficiency.Skills & AbilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and work closely with cross-functional teamsCapacity to develop and communicate a clear vision for the company's visual identity and creative direction, aligning design initiatives with broader business goals.Confidence to make informed decisions and take calculated risks in pursuit of innovative design solutions and creative excellence.Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, provide direction, and build consensus among team members and stakeholders.Resourcefulness to tackle complex design challenges, overcome obstacles, and find creative solutions that resonate with our target audience and drive business results.Curiosity and thirst for knowledge to stay ahead of the curve, continuously seeking inspiration from diverse sources and disciplines to inform your design practice.Ability to work both independently, within a team, and cross-functionally with other departments/stakeholders.Ability to develop and foster business relationships.Must be able to maintain confidentiality.Must be able to practice safe work habits.Physical DemandsThis is an office type position that requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and use of hands.
