Key Responsibilities:
Works without appreciable supervision.Creates, updates, and maintains labeling components which includes, but is not limited to, drawings for use in user-facing documentation and on labeling components, package inserts, product packaging labels, product carton artwork, and posters.Works within the confines of the Quality System policy as well as global regulatory requirements and follows company style guide and branding requirements.Collaborates with a cross-functional product development team to acquire source material and information to develop understanding of the products.Maintains schedules, understands inter-dependencies within and across projects, and provides labeling assets for complex labeling-related projects.Reports status on assigned projects and assures that the quality of service meets internal and external customer requirements.Other responsibilities as assigned & not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.Qualifications:
Experience And Skills:
Required:A minimum of 4-6 years of progressively-more responsibility as a graphic designer or related area creating drawings and labeling assets.Strong prioritization skills, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Must be highly organized and highly attentive to detail.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.Technical ability for learning new tools and systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.Preferred:A working understanding of global regulations and standards related to labeling requirements for medical devices.Experience working in a medical device or highly-regulated environment.Experience working with label-design tools such as BarTender, EasyLabel, or Label Matrix.Other:The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $140,185.This job posting is anticipated to close on [May/9th/2024]. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
