Graphic Designer

These 4 Core Values describe very high standards of professional behavior that all EFCO employees must seek to achieve.Currently EFCO is looking for a candidate who can communicate the ideas, messages, and concepts of EFCO through the use of typography, imagery, color, and layout for marketing and sales materials. Translate company objectives into creative designs that resonate with EFCO's target audiences. Must possess a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling graphics using the Adobe array of products. Serve as the EFCO in-house photographer, editing materials as necessary for use in marketing and sales materials. Checks preliminary and final proofs for errors and makes necessary corrections. Creates reporting as needed, analyzes current trends in graphic design, and makes recommendations.Duties

Design promotional materials such as brochures, handouts, and other marketing material as assigned maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms, including logos, color schemes, and typography, to reinforce brand recognition.Capture high-quality photos of EFCO's products, projects, and people for use in marketing materials. Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality, clarity, and visual appeal.Oversee the printing process, including packaging projects for print, reviewing proofs, and ensuring printed materials meet quality standards and deadlines.Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of EFCO's visual communication efforts.Perform other job-related duties and projects as required.Requirements

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience in graphic design, photography, or both, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment. Experience with industrial or construction-related design and/or photography may be advantageous. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Positive, can-do attitude that aligns with EFCO's company culture.Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.EOEWe participate in E-Verify.
