About This Role:Launch That is seeking a Marketing Outreach Coordinator Intern to work up to 29 hours a week in a hybrid flexible workplace environment. Our hybrid work model consists of work-from-home opportunities, with 3 in-office days (T, W, TH) to maximize team collaboration and 2 WFH days (M, F).This is an opportunity to gain hands-on digital marketing experience in a modern and technology-driven environment.

This internship runs for 4 months and pays $13.00 per hour.Day-to-Day:At the direction of, and with the training and oversight from others within the department:To contact other website owners on behalf of our siteTo create and develop emails that convey our lines of business and engage recipientsTo communicate effectively and consistently via email to assist your successTo reach monthly/quarterly link goalsTo create link building search phrases on a weekly basisTo harvest contact information on a weekly basisTo assist with reports via data collection and ultimately report generationTo provide support to the team as neededDetail oriented and has the ability to update statuses in a databaseOrganize an email inbox efficiently and working in Google Drive applicationsEnsuring outreach contacts are high quality organizations/websitesContinuously driven and motivated on a day to day basisWork collaboratively with team members in your department and cross-departmentally to gain diverse viewpoints. This is an essential investment into our culture and includes identifying needs, pooling strengths and insights and evaluating data for inclusive goal completion to benefit the team and company's strategic goals.Be agile regarding changes in team or company prioritiesAble to collaborate with Manager, Outreach Strategists and other Outreach Coordinators on various initiatives and tasksRespectful of other team member's ideas and opinionsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and managementAttending weekly team meetings or company-wide meetingsQualifications:A college junior, senior, graduate student or recent college postgraduate with an interest or education in digital marketing OR someone seeking to change careers to digital marketingA fundamental understanding of Internet search and an ability to learn more about itKnowledge of Gmail and Google appsProven ability to work in Google Sheets, Google DocsWillingness to take direction but also to find creative ways to improve on that direction – initiativeTime-management skillsA competitive drive and a desire to winAn ability to work, learn and share with peersAn ability to communicate with people on other teamsA sales-oriented personalityAgility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExpertise/skills with both learning and sharingProfessional and adept, with the ability to embrace technology and automationAbility to problem-solve, prioritize, and analyze tasksAdept at taking direction and applying it with accuracy and innovationCulture champion:
