Summary:The Assistant Manager of Marketing works closely with the Marketing Manager, other firm leadership, outside vendors, and consultants to implement the marketing strategy of the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Create and edit polished graphic assets and engaging copy for use across a wide variety of social media channels, posts, videos, and websitesManage social and Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC advertisingCollaborate with Senior Marketing Manager and other firm leadership to create marketing and advertising material (e.g., brochures, newsletters, resumes, case studies, testimonials, etc.)Manage social media accounts including researching topics and creating copy and images.Contribute to creation of assets for internal branding initiatives and campaignsApply editor-level grammar, spelling, to communications and marketing materialsEnsure website is up to date with relevant content and designCollaborate with vendors, as needed, to ensure branding meets standardsDevelop presentations to market new and existing products and servicesCollect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing effortsSupervise database of client contact information and distribution lists, to further marketing activitiesEvaluate, coordinate, and execute sponsorship opportunitiesIdentify award opportunities and manage the application processPrepare, attend, and assist with conventions, career fairs, and similar eventsDevelop, coordinate, and execute email and paper mailing campaignsSupervise Marketing Assistant/Intern, if requiredManage marketing administrative tasks to ensure the accurate and timely completion of initiativesHelp facilitate requests and asset distribution with internal teams where appropriateParticipate in professional development opportunities to develop strategic marketing knowledge and experienceOrganize and oversee monthly business development meetings and encouraging employee involvementPlan networking opportunities, manage list of attendees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Five years or more of experience in a related field.Proficient Adobe skillset, focused on Illustrator and PhotoshopProficient in managing SEO, web analytics, and social analytics
