Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with designers on designs, and maintaining consistency across all deliverables preparing files for print and digital production. As a Production Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our creative projects.As the Production Graphic Designer you will:

Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.Assist in preparing production-ready files for print and digital media, including ensuring proper file formats, color profiles, and resolution.Collaborate with designers on designs and make necessary adjustments for production.Support the coordination with external vendors and production partners to oversee the printing and production process.Support our video production process.Assist in the Jira ticketing process for the creative team.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to production and provide solutions to ensure smooth workflow.Contribute to maintaining organized file management systems and ensure all assets are properly archived for future reference.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to production design.We’re excited about you if you have:

2-3 years of previous experience in a design or production role, preferably for a B2B company.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Basic understanding of print production processes, including prepress, color management, and file preparation.Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in design production.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field or equivalent experience.What you can expect from us:
