We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on the MetaHuman team. Our global team supports the MetaHuman ecosystem, which includes MetaHuman products like MetaHuman Creator and Metahuman Animator; Support for licensees leveraging MetaHumans; And our integrations into Unreal Engine, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, and other Epic Games and partner products. In this position, you will be responsible for producing multiple cross-functional teams delivering a range of projects, including new MetaHuman feature sets, integrations with Epic and partner products, demos, marketing pieces, and more. You’ll drive projects forward by working closely with project teams to build and update schedules, identify and mitigate risks, communicate updates to stakeholders, and regularly review project deliverables, all in service of achieving Epic-quality results.In this role, you will

Own the outcome - Proactively identify problems and propose solutions for your team before they become roadblocks. Partner with project leads to actively drive the successful delivery of projects, no matter the complexity or challengesOwn the schedule - Partner with project and discipline leads to determine the people, time, and resources necessary to deliver projects on time and within budget. Build and maintain development (content and engineering) schedules that account for dependencies across multiple development streams and the “known unknowns” that occur over the course of a projectOwn process - Ensure relevant organizational practices are in place, leveraging existing ones where possible and suggesting new methods where needed to support project and team successCommunicate - Maintain strong communication via multiple outlets including email, Slack, meetings, and schedules. Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are regularly updated and properly informed of any potential impacts. Communicate frequently with the wider production team and project leads on projects, processes, and team roadmapsBe Flexible – You will be supporting multiple teams that are developing a wide range of technologies. You will need to switch contexts depending on the opportunities at handMentor - Facilitate the growth and development of more junior production team members. Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work efficiently and on timeWhat we're looking for

5+ years of experience working in a production role where you’ve managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projectsDeep understanding of project management tools and practice, as well as game development and VFX pipelines. Familiarity with high-fidelity character pipelines is a plusSelf-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to the final resolutionAbility to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the companyAbility to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term visionAbility to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for successExperience delivering projects within a remote/hybrid work environment any experience using Jira and Shotgrid/Flow is a plusStrong organizational skills, attention to detailThis role is open to multiple locations in Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
