PurposeThis role will provide administrative assistance to the Customer Engagement Coordinator and support business development across the company. Additionally, the candidate will develop relationships with the marketing, training, and inventory departments; store managers; vendors; and rep agencies to help the team achieve engagement goals.ResponsibilitiesDeliver daily administrative support to the Customer Engagement CoordinatorCollate reports on merchandising, promotion, and event results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basisBuild relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors to facilitate day-to-day tasksCommunicate regularly with managers to monitor action plansOrder merchandising and event materialsQualifications:Personal ProfileExperience in an administrative role preferredProficient with Microsoft Excel: candidates should be comfortable using basic formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and applying attractive formattingAn analytical mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat organizational skillsBehaviorsStrong relationship builderGood communicatorStrong work ethic, willingness to take on new projectsTeam player and works well with othersProactive, self-motivated & problem-solver
