Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.The Role and What You’ll Do:As a Designer, you are highly skilled in traditional design programs and have a deep understanding of the specific design demands of both traditional, digital, and experiential media. You strive to produce innovative and memorable cross-channel work that continues to make our agency, and the brands we work for, stand out and be talked about in the industry and around the proverbial water cooler. This position requires a passionate and talented Designer with a sharp eye for attention to detail who will create and execute daily design deliverables across a wide variety of creative mediums. You are obsessed with every facet of design from kerning to color theory and geek out over dissecting a brand guide. You pride yourself on delivering award-winning design solutions in a time crunch. You are a design athlete and have experience creating campaigns across a variety of platforms including experiential, branding, identity design, print, digital, OOH, and more (motion design a plus). We’re looking for someone who thrives in diverse and collaborative team environments. You find inspiration everywhere and get excited about sharing your design rationale with compelling storytelling. Last, but certainly not least, we are looking for someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentEnsure consistency and efficacy of design throughout all creativeFollow best practice principles in conjunction with the wider teamPlay a hands-on role in the design of outstanding creative, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment (Art Directors, Creative Directors, Design Directors, etc.)Collaborate closely with Project Managers to build client presentationsCollaborate closely with Design leads and Creative team by reviewing work to ensure expectations are being met and adherence to brand guidelinesThorough understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as color, composition, typography, and attention to detailMaintain an awareness of industry and visual design trends (fashion, tech) and industry competitors, sharing with peers and the broader community and leveraging them within the design lifecycleReceptive to creative feedback and adaptability in creative/design development processExcellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and presentation skillsMaintain existing designs with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines but also remain extremely detail-orientedWork closely with our media teams to test creative, and be able to apply learnings to refine and deliver new creative and evolving best practicesWork on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines and often at a high rate of speedMonitor high standards and work collaboratively on new methods and procedures as neededConsistently communicate with project owners regarding project status and challengesProvide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high qualityAdaptable and ability to learn quicklyOffer input and share ideas at creative meetingsManage creative request workflow by prioritizing projectsYou Have These:2-4 years of Design experience within a branding shop, design firm, ad agency, or similar settingDegree in graphic design, marketing/communication design, or a similar fieldDigital design portfolio of drool-worthy creativeProficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google SlidesKnowledge of motion and CGI a plusSelf-driven, eager to learn, and goal-orientedSuperior sense of type, layout, and image compositionStrong knowledge of design trends and best practicesMulti-disciplinary craft and cross-platform abilities including design, photography, film, animation, and mixed media communication and storytellingHigh level of accountability, motivation, and strong time/project management skillsCompassion, empathy, and investment in your team, the organization, and the workAbility to work flexible hours, including some nights/weekendsMust be able to work quickly but also remain extremely detail-orientedAbility and desire to integrate feedback with a keen eye for detailAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while being calm under pressureTeam player with the ability to work cross-functionallyA desire to understand the advertising industry at large; an ability and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technologyStrong work ethic, adaptable to ever-changing hours and demands, with the ability to re-focus and develop options for quick changes in projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding organizational and archiving skillsExceptional interpersonal communication skills- able to navigate and collaborate effectively with teamsHow we work:Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
