As an Associate Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, reshaping the customer experience and driving industry transformation by infusing our products with unparalleled user-centric design, crafting experiences that captivate and inspire.Reporting directly to the Director of User Experience, you'll work closely with a team of like-minded team members, contributing to the evolution of our design language and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a champion of user interests, you'll embody the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs every step of the way. Together, we'll deliver digital products that dazzle and delight, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.What You’ll Do:Develop digital assets that clearly convey product functionality, user interactions, and user journey.Generate comprehensive documentation including user requirements specifications, conceptual models, personas, storyboards/scenarios, flowcharts, sketches, wireframes, information architectures (IAs), design prototypes, and visual design artifacts.Utilize various design methods to design and define user interfaces, incorporating observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, design sprints, and other forms of requirements gathering.Contribute to ideation and conceptual development of solutions supporting multiple devices, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility is accounted for.Work within cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and quality professionals.Clearly articulate design decisions to product teams, users, and leadership.Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.Who You Are:Evidence-guided. You combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product design decisions.Flexible and independent. You wear many different hats and may find yourself talking to designers, researchers, business executives, product managers, engineers, pricing and sales professionals, and go-to-market teams in the same day.A problem solver that has a knack for asking the right questions that get to the heart of the problem or desired solution.A strategic thinker able to understand business goals, user needs, and market trends, translating insights into actionable design strategies.You’re a storyteller, both verbally and visually.
