We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.The Specialist, Product Marketing is a critical role within the overall Funko Marketing function, assisting with the sell-in process to introduce new product to Funko’s sales organization and B2B partners. Coordinating product imagery and crafting sell-in materials, this role is responsible for utilizing internal assets, partners and insights to create compelling external facing materials that can be leveraged by Funko’s Sales team to incite strong buys with Funko’s B2B partners and end consumers.This candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Utilizing their expertise of Funko’s product lines and IP, along with their vast knowledge of Pop Culture, the Specialist, Product Marketing will elevate sell-in materials and drive processes across pre-sale efforts to help fulfill Funko’s ambition of being the ultimate pop-culture lifestyle brand.Your Superpowers in ActionDrive alignment across Sales and Marketing functions to optimize the way in which Funko sells to B2B partners and end consumers.Deliver external facing sell-in materials for mainline and exclusive Funko product offerings, including any additional materials required by the Funko Sales Team.Coordinate product samples and creation of additional sell-in tools; i.e. sizzle reels, product videos, and re-imagined sell-in materials.Organize and communicate key marketing dates and deliverables across internal and external teams.Create product briefs for internal/external marketing partners around all tier programs; established by Marketing managers.Act as an additional Marketing contact for Funko’s Sales team (US & International), streamlining the way in which we receive and fulfill sales and B2B partner requests, for both US and international Sales and Marketing teams.Deliver best-in-class support to our full Sales team, Marketing team, and B2B partners.Assist with multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.Fulfill ad-hoc licensor requests as needed.Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry2-4 years of Marketing and/or Sales experience.A professional demeanor with the ability to interact and communicate with both internal and external partners.Ability to navigate complex internal and external landscapes with confidence.Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment.Tapped into pop-culture and fandoms.Natural collaborator and communicator.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.BS in Marketing or a related field.Interest and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and evolution is a part of our core DNA.Work Environment RequirementsThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the employee will be exposed to office noises and interruptions such as printers, phones, and chatter from surrounding teams. While performing the duties of this job, employee will be regularly sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, handle, lift or feel. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds without physical limitations or restrictions.Salary InformationThe base rate for this position is between $27-$28 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and location.
