Nightforce Optics is searching for a multi-faceted Graphic Designer to work with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for the Nightforce Optics brand. This person will report to the Brand Manager.What you will be doing: Essential Job Duties

Collaborates and works cooperatively with the Marketing Team on developing a wide range of materials, including but not limited to: web page content, presentations, signage, packaging, point-of-purchase materials, stickers, patches, and clothing.Works directly with the Marketing Team and other stakeholders to clarify project objectives and deliverables.Keeps up to date with industry best practices, upcoming trends, and strategies to help provide insight to the Marketing and Product Management Teams.Translates strategic direction into high-quality design while adhering to brand standards.Manages the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.Cultivates and maintains relationships with vendors for marketing materialsIdentifies vendors for marketing materials, gathers quotes, and assists the Materials team with vendor introductions and setup of new vendorsSupports the Brand Manager and Product Managers with visual materials for new product launches.Digitally produces and/or edits product imagery.Designs and/or edits graphics, illustrations, and other creative works based on marketing goals and audience needs.Assists in trade show booth design, product displays, and logistics. Attends events when needed.What we need from you: Required Minimum Qualifications

Graphic Design Certification through Adobe or another institution or show us a portfolio that makes a certification unnecessary3 years of experience in visual designAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeProficient in print production techniques and digital graphic designAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and work both creatively and with precisionExcellent command of the English language requiredMust be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (or equivalent software)Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalents)Must have strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with simultaneous deadlinesWhat we would love to see: Preferred Qualifications
