You’re creative and forward-thinkingYou’ve been doing graphic design both for print and for the web for at least 5 yearsYou’re good at overcoming challenges and have a knack for figuring out new ways to do thingsYou think logically, critically and strategically and have a great sense of businessYou’re an ace at PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and maybe After Effects tooYou have strong communication skills and are a team playerYou look at the world around you, and see opportunities to improve the design and experience of everythingMost importantly, you are a person that knows you can work anywhere, but chooses to work with usOUR REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an agency side graphic designer or motion graphic designer.Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.A basic understanding of Adobe After Effects.Strong design style, including creative design solutions for web, print and basic understanding of animation.Delivers projects on time and within the given budgetAbility to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressureAbility to work with a large variety of clientsExcellent organization and communication skillsYour method of transportation for workMeet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlinesMust be able to work on location in Colts Neck, NJWe work hard and have fun doing it! We’re a small team of rockstars experiencing tremendous growth and need a few quality people to enjoy the ride and stay for a long time. We work with Fortune 100’s as well as small businesses. No complaining or bad attitudes are allowed by clients AND employees!COMPENSATION
We’ll pay for 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to grow. Salary offers range based on experience.HOW TO GET THIS JOB
