POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and publishing of content for our e-commerce website using our Content Management System.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports daily execution of content publishing including uploading assets, tagging, QA, and deployment for site homepages, landing pages, and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey.Proofs and publishes image assets and copy, add and validate links, and ensures published content is mobile optimized to meet web performance best practices.Manages quality assurance and usability; ensures all images, copy and products are functioning and rendering properly on-site.Coordinates approvals for on-site content and promotional messaging within the stage environment.Supports internal digital teams on page set-up for A/B tests and personalized content.Conducts daily site QA and content audits.Identifies and troubleshoots solutions for web production challenges.Other duties assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience1+ years in ecommerce, digital agency, or web production environmentPassion for digital culture, publishing, and e-commerceExecutes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of web production updatesExperience with content management systems or web publishing software a plusStrong communication and partnering skillsExceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environmentsAbility to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in project management and Wrike or JIRA a plus
