Position Title: GRAPHIC DESIGNER- CANTEEN (HYBRID)Job Summary
Calling all creatives! If you have a passion for bringing stories to life through graphic design, keep reading. The brand-new Pitch Team for Canteen Creative is looking for a stellar Graphic Designer to own design strategy and support for the Canteen sales team, a division of Compass Group. This person will need to bring their creative ideas and solutions to the table each and every day to set our team's company brand apart from the competition.Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality sales proposals and supporting documents for the Pitch Team for Canteen CreativeCreate and edit microsites with WordPressWork hand-in-hand with the team project manager on complex, custom proposals and presentationsTranslate complex ideas into clear and compelling graphics and infographicsMentor and partner with other graphic designers on best practices, processes, and strategiesContinuously research and bring creative ideas to keep design solutions at the forefront of the industryProvide graphic design support to the Creative Team and sales representativesDisplay proper reasoning and judgment in the analysis of issues and demonstrate the ability to independently select a course of actionEnsure that the use and integrity of Compass Group and division logos/imagery are protectedTroubleshoot problem documents/images and share resulting best practicesDisplay expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft programsCreate and produce cutting-edge imagery superior to industry competitionPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required4+ years of related graphic design experience is requiredExcellent multitasking, organization, problem-solving, and time management skillsExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Macintosh OSX environment, and Microsoft Office programsAbility and flexibility to perform consistently in a high-demand, deadline-driven environmentWeb/print/multimedia/interactive design experience a plusExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsSome travel required (10-20%)Req ID:
