The Graphic Designer works with marketing team members and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and layout compelling collateral across a wide range of formats including but not limited to: print and digital media (e.g. display banners, webpages, emails, print ads) marketing literature (e.g. infographics, eBooks, white papers, product bulletins, product spec sheets), event graphics (both in-person and virtual), business presentations and RFPs. This role supports both business unit and global marketing teams.What You Will Do

Responsible for the development and design of marketing assets -- with a focus on attention to detail and project management -- to ensure that projects delivered meet the communication requirements, are consistent with the Panduit brand and are completed on time and on budget. (50%)Executes department processes including: recording all workflow, time and cost notifications within the project management platform; and delivery and archiving of creative assets, images and art files. (20%)Stays up-to-date with traditional and digital design strategies and software/platforms and is able to demonstrate expertise when developing collateral and working with stakeholders on projects. (20%)Assists in managing third-party suppliers by facilitating the communications and delivery of specifications, quotes, and other aspects of the printing, processing, production, and distribution of materials. (10%)What You Will Bring

Required Degree: BS/BA in Graphic Design or related fieldYears of Experience: 5-7 yearsProficiency with industry-leading software (Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc.)Deep experience in digital and print design (video and animation a plus)Skilled use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to establish and maintain proper Design workflowsAbility to champion brand guidelines and standardsAbility to work autonomously but also as part of a cross-functional teamAbility to interact, communicate and present ideas and creative rationale to internal/external partnersOutstanding organizational and planning abilities, with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects and change direction when requiredKnowledge/experience in file output and preparation for printKnowledge of website CMS a plusWhat We Value
