Job Summary:

Collaborate with various departments to bring their narratives to life, presenting them clearly and concisely for business pitches, executive meetings, town halls, and more. Responsible for designing presentations, including but not limited to sales pitches, business updates, speaking engagement presentations, and other materials, while adhering to brand guidelines and leveraging existing resources and templates. Deliver presentation design support to teams and departments including but not limited to the Executive Office, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and more.Major Responsibilities:

Develop engaging, visually appealing, informative, and articulate presentations that effectively communicate complex data and insights to various internal & external audiences.Distill complex concepts and data into easy-to-understand graphics that support the presenter’s voiceover.Leverage creative freedom within the brand guideline frameworks, keeping the material fresh while maintaining brand consistency.Creatively conceive and illustrate complex ideas, visions, and strategies. Balance design aesthetics with data analysis to create compelling and engaging presentations that clearly convey information.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials utilizing existing templates and brand assets. Revise existing PowerPoints to include consistent formatting; fix ineffective design elements and comply with copy standards.Engage various executives and departments to bring their words to life visually for business pitches, executive meetings, town halls, and more. Also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency in branding.Develop related assets such as timelines, infographics, diagrams, charts, and custom graphics. Manage files and design assets in keeping with corporate standards.Meet and manage rush deadlines as well as long-term deadlines.Provide training and support for others on effective use of PowerPoint and related tools.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our presentation and communication strategies. Apply understanding of the latest PowerPoint trends and designs.Minimum Job Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Work Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in a presentation/graphic design role in a business setting.Experience working with marketing and sales departments, ready to advise them on presentation slide best practices, and support for effective use of PowerPoint and related tools.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to translate message and business information/data/analytics into compelling visuals (e.g., charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations).Position requires understanding of how people best view and understand content.Expertise with PowerPoint, including templates, master slides, animation, graphics, text, and layout as well as familiarity with other presentation software like Canva, Prezi, etc.Working knowledge of various presentation software (Prezi, Corel, Haiku Deck, SlideDog, SlideRocket) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere).Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) or equivalent software (Sketch, Prezi, etc.).Comfort and ability to work with employees at all levels including senior and executive leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.Ability to be proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written communication skills.DISCLAIMER:
