As a Creative Design Marketing Specialist at Dentalook, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and effective marketing materials to promote our brand and clinics. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around utilizing your Adobe proficiency to create engaging collateral, including branding materials, flyers, various digital and promotional assets. This position requires a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of marketing and branding principles, and the ability to convey our brand message through visually appealing content.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Create visually striking and on-brand marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print branding collateral, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional assets.Develop unique and innovative design concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Adobe Proficiency:

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Stay updated on the latest features and trends within Adobe software to enhance design capabilities.

Branding:

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand identity through creative design solutions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and messaging to effectively translate them into visual content.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other partners as needed to produce marketing materials.

Feedback and Iteration:

Solicit feedback from internal stakeholders and incorporate constructive input to refine and improve design concepts.Iterate on designs based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously optimize marketing materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying updated on design trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
