Responsibilities
Design a wide range of products, packaging, and sales collateral from conception through final production files under the guidance of the art directors and project managersProvide image retouching and clipping paths; create templates and CADs; make supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during productionHelp acquire artwork for a wide range of productsCreate sales presentations and sell sheetsCreate product cads by designing trend-forward product that meets the needs of our customers and company aestheticWork closely with the art director to create overall collectionsReview and approve production files before they are uploadedReview and approve factory PDFs, digital proofs, pre-production samples, and advancesFollow design department procedures, protocols, standards, and SOPsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
A strong portfolio of graphic designExpertise with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesMinimum 5 years relevant experienceBenefits
Pay: The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per annumActual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic locationHealth benefits: medical, dental, vision, and FSA401(k) with up to 5% employer matchPaid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Paid holidays9/80 work schedule after 90 daysEmployer paid Long-Term DisabilityFlexible hoursGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agencyBeverages and snacks provided
