Responsible for developing and producing the creative assets for Neogen brand, global products and company-wide campaigns.Content Creation and Design

Create, write and design brand and technical content for global brand and portfolio efforts that are aligned to the Masterbrand, market, and business needs for internal and external use across multiple mediums and channels: digital, print, socialCollaborate with global portfolio and integrated marketing communications teams to drive and execute aligned messaging for internal and external campaigns, innovation, and business growth initiativesManages global range of content and design assets to remain relevant and accessible for regional marketing teams and cross-functional organizational use, including conducting annual creative review and audit across all communication channels to identify irrelevant or inaccurate content and provide updated content or recommendations for correctionEnable regional marketing teams with planned support for implementation and execution of campaigns within their geographies for global initiatives and the Neogen brandTeam Leadership

Manage a team of global copywriters, graphic designers, and visual designers to ensure the timely execution of final files for approved, aligned production and publishingEnsures pipeline of relevant marketing talent, develops and coaches team to elevate contributions, engages and inspires teamChampions marketing internally at all levels of organization, acts as a liaison to cross-functional business and marketing partnersManages content development team to meet objectives, supports team in achieving those goals aligned to the commercial planCommunicates annual OKRs and goals, conducts annual performance reviews, and individual development plans for direct reportsCollaborate with the regional teams in the hiring, onboarding and developing the regional marketing organizationOrganizational Alignment

Supports global and regional marketing teams in reviews, planning & meetings as part of global business execution for content in brand, innovation and commercial needsPrimary Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, fine arts, business or similar or 6-8 years combined experience of content production, management (preferably for B2B) and advanced educationPrevious experience leading functional team(s)Superior communication and influencing skills, project time management skills, collaborative and team orientedEngaging and inspiring leadership skills with proven ability to elevate contributions and impact of teamsAble to partner fluidly with peers using balanced skills in business, marketing, technical and operational
