Responsibilities

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with the Design Directors and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing of a fast-growing consumer brand.You will assist in the conceptualization and execution of design solutions across multiple mediums (print & digital), various sizes, and various channels.You are responsible for ensuring alignment of all designs with the company's brand guidelines.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to grow their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Developing and designing digital brand graphics, layouts & illustrations for the Growth and Content team, to include:Identification & sourcing photography assets for blogsTo include: Infographics,Social posts, Reels, videoIterating, formatting and producing design assets for various channel needsSourcing vendors and key partners in the design development process - printers, etcProvide general marketing & design team support through responsibilities such as contribution to brainstorming sessions, attendance at team meetings and providing input on design strategiesMaintain consistency in visual design elements across various projects and mediumsOrganize and maintain design files, ensuring accessibility and version controlBranding photography through use of PhotoshopDevelopment of paid advertisements for social media and search engines (FB, Google, YouTube)Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Previous internship or work experience in graphic design for a consumer brand (1-3 years experience)Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlinesStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skillsBasic understanding of design principles, layout, and typographyAbility to work independently once design/marketing direction is givenAccept constructive feedbackExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality workEagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologiesWillingness to work on less creative and quicker needs
