Full Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with project managers, senior designer, and clients to understand their specific signage needs and provide effective design solutions.Create visually appealing and impactful sign designs from concept to completion, including logo design, monument signs, channel letters, light boxes, ground signs, pylon signs, awnings, etc.Use a variety of design techniques to develop visually captivating signage concepts.Develop scale drawings and production drawings while adhering to fabrication limitations and requirements.Conduct research on market trends and competitive analysis to stay updated on the latest design practices.Display strong conceptualization skills to translate client requirements into visually appealing sign designs.Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of design concepts.Design Social Media marketing campaigns and posts.QualificationsA strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and a solid understanding of sign design principles.Possess a creative mind with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.Appreciation for visual aesthetics and the ability to create designs that communicate effectively.Ability to foster positive relationships within the team dynamics and contribute to a collaborative work environment.A passion for excellence with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work.Familiarity with various signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes would be advantageous.Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.Requirements3-5 years of experience in sign-specific graphic design work, with a solid understanding of sign fabrication.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.Strong knowledge of CAD software is advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Strong organizational and file management skills.Prioritize time management and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Up-to-date with the latest design trends and practices.Strong computer skills.
