As a Graphic Designer at Sauder Woodworking Co, you will produce designs for all company marketing and communications materials, such as brochures, newsletters, packaging, websites, and trade show displays. You will provide design direction and advice to other designers, artists, departments, and vendors.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Creates, designs, specifies and produces electronic art for a wide variety of projects that include brochures, newsletters, product packaging, websites, trade show displays and corporate identification projects, based on self-directed prioritization of projects as determined by deadlines and project personnel requirements.Organizes and maintains the departmental filing system including proofs of projects, printed samples, and product photo library.Maintains the department’s graphic arts equipment.Controls and maintains art supplies.Provides design direction/advice to other Graphic Designers, Graphic Production Artists, other departments and outside resources.Meets with clients and outside vendors as directed by supervisor, to assure timeliness and quality of services.Recommends upgrades to system software and computer hardware.Provides technical guidance and understanding of unique Sauder approaches to design.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree or equivalent, with minimum 2-4 years of experience.We believe that all people are capable of great things.
