Department: MarketingReporting: Marketing ManagerJob Description:As a Graphic Designer at MaxLite, you will collaborate with the marketing team to establish a cohesive brand identity. Your role involves creating visually appealing materials that reflect MaxLite's values, enhance brand recognition, and drive sales. We seek an individual with strong design skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a cultural alignment with our organization.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Create, design, and edit various printed marketing materials such as trifolds, catalogs, advertisements, HR flyers, product packaging, and tradeshow displays.Regularly create and edit product data sheets and instruction manuals upon request.Manipulate tables and data graphics using InDesign and Excel.Design and update the product catalog multiple times annually.Design, update, and oversee the printing of all MaxLite brochures and printed materials.Maintain consistent, accurate MaxLite branding across all mediums.Operate efficiently under tight deadlines.Conduct silhouetting of product images in Photoshop.Capture product images as necessary.Perform basic HTML and CSS coding as required.We Offer:Competitive salary plus bonusGrowth opportunitiesComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance)Paid time off (sick leave, vacation, holidays)Life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchAbout MaxLite:For over 20 years, MaxLite has been dedicated to delivering energy-efficient lighting solutions.
