Graphic Designer

at MORSE you will design, from concept through execution, a variety of cutting-edge graphics that inspire, inform, and captivate customers and internal audiences alike. Your projects will entail branding, layout, image composites, animations, video, and photography.Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute graphics, animations, and video for customer-facing presentations, marketing collateral, branding initiatives, and internal communications.Implement and continue to build out our MORSE design standards and style while ensuring excellence and consistency across all channels including our website, social media accounts, and customer presentations.Work with stakeholders, engineers, and developers to translate complex information into impactful visualsManage multiple long- and short-term projects from concept to delivery while following direction and input from design peer and stakeholdersInterpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet business goalsSkills and Requirements:

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security ClearanceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience required.3+ years of graphic design experience.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignJavaScript, HTML, and CSS are nice to haveExperience with video, photography, and editingA passion for graphic design and continuous exploration of latest trendsStrong interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skillsSelf-starter and aptitude for problem solvingThe team at MORSE takes pride in being the smart team that is easy to work with.
