Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery.Job Description
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales and production team on all creative projects.Personally work on graphic development.Follow the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines.Work closely with the sales team to keep all projects on track.Interprets company needs and develops concepts to suit specific guidelines.Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each project.Presents design work at various stages to the sales team and customers for review and final approval.Work with customers on their projects.Use Asana workflow to track projects, schedule design, and production set up tasks.Check production design files to assure accuracy in production.Supports the sales team in creating sales materials.Advise owners on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.Assist in the education and development of graphic designers.Completion of other tasks and duties as assigned.Supports the production team when needed.Supports installers with any issues.Attends meetings and field surveys when needed.Manages the graphic and production design team.Design graphics for our constantly evolving wall and window film line.Provide design mock-ups and spec sheets for the e-commerce site.Job Requirements
Possess a solid understanding of design and customer needs.Possess solid presentation, listening, and communication skills.Able to work quickly and efficiently.Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects and employees.Solution-oriented, hard worker who is passionate about visual design and marketing.Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team.Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.Takes direction well and be able to excel in a highly collaborative work environment.Ensure all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines.Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Preferred but not required - Knowledge of Flexi Sign.Familiar with sign and environmental graphic design.
