Graphic Designer

DescriptionThe Graphic Designer will be a part of a creative and imaginative team of designers who deliver award-winning services for our clients. This role involves contributing to asset creation across diverse styles while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery of project work, applying expertise in inbound marketing and lead generation best practices. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the ideal candidate will possess proficiency across various social media platforms and strong interpersonal skills.RequirementsAssist in asset creation across a variety of styles for both in-house and external marketing efforts.Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.Manage timing and deliverables for project work.Applies best practices of inbound marketing and lead generation.Knowledge and experience using a variety of web and social media platforms for business.Ability to work well with both crew members and clients.Follow and deliver on the expectations of the assigned work as it relates to the quality of the deliverables and timelines committed.Remain open and flexible to internal client demands, suggestions, and feedback.Update and maintain layout and design of internal documents, i.e. brand, marketing, and sales documents.Maintain and continue to grow design knowledge level for all web and social media platforms utilized by SilverTech.Apply best practices for inbound marketing, design, and lead generation.Present your work to internal and external clients in a professional and prepared manner.Provide appropriate justification for work and decisions made with each project to help internal and external clients understand the reasoning behind design choices.QualificationsB.S./B.A. in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.1-5 years of design experience.Online PortfolioHigh level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Suite tools to produce web-optimized graphics.Proficient with Adobe XD and/or FigmaUI/UX web design experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to conceptualize with strong attention to detail.Ability to handle creative direction and constructive criticism well.
