Responsibilities
This is a Graphic Design position with a focus in QTM graphics for all productsDuties will include researching new graphic trends and designing new graphics for collections while working in partnership with Brand and Product ManagersResearch new graphic trends for Spring & Fall apparel/headwear collectionsWork with Design Team on new graphics for Spring and Fall collectionsProduce presentation materials that communicate the concepts and inspiration behind themEnsure all designs appropriately reflect '47 Brand’s design philosophy and standardsUtilize research and design skills to create original, innovative designsCollaborate with design management and team members to ensure design feasibilityAdhere to the design calendar and specific timelinesFinalize all templates and review with production coordinatorEnter all items into PLM systemDisplay an in-depth understanding of '47 consumer, brand-positioning, competitors, and relevant brands in the marketplaceQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experienceStrong Computer skills; Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel etcAbility to communicate ideas effectively both visually and verballyStrong attention to detail and comfortable meeting tight deadlinesAbility to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and follow-throughWilling to work long hours during seasonal rush periods
