Description
This is an exciting new position for Marquis Companies and Consonus Healthcare! Having worked with a leading advertising agency for eleven years to out-source graphic design, much of the work is now moving in-house. This person will build upon a strong brand platform and bring their own creative passion to shape the future of the brands. They should also have a desire to contribute to the full spectrum of marketing initiatives. In a dynamic and fun culture, they will collaborate with their marketing department peers to solve strategic goals and business problems via design.
Essential Duties:
Concept and design digital and print work
Follow brand guidelines
Manage and execute multiple projects within tight timelines
Present design intent within the marketing department and internal stakeholders
Produce concepts and designs for feedback
Work with in-house account management and production teams on multiple rounds of edits
Work efficiently to build final files for production and manage the file hand-off
Solve problems in a creative and resourceful way
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
Expert skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, understanding of motion graphics
Bachelor's degree in graphic design and 3-5 years of design experience within an agency or established brand that spans brand, web, UX/UI, mobile, print, and social
Proven track record of success in growing and driving B2B, B2C, and employee brands
Portfolio showing a wide range of brands and project types, including web, digital, email, social, campaign concepting, and print experience
Exceptional organizational skills including time management, file naming, file structure, organization and archiving
Excellent ability to explain and support your thinking both in person and via email
Detail-oriented
Passion for honoring seniors, their stories and legacy
Desire to be a part of a team with different strengths and expertise that can come together, brainstorm and produce innovative deliverables
Ability to collaborate within the department to achieve branding and sales goals via design
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal systems and processes
