A creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer/UX Specialist will play a pivotal role in our marketing team. As the Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on design excellence and agile delivery. Accustomed to working in fast-paced environments, your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of design, from crafting and maintaining brand elements to producing diverse marketing collateral, documentation, brand guidelines, presentations, and media assets. Your mission is to establish and reinforce brand consistency throughout the organization, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our unique identity and resonates with our audience.

Requirements

Marketing Graphic Designer

• Develop and maintain brand identity elements, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.

• Create eye-catching marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and digital assets as well as any digital and print company assets.

• Craft engaging and user-friendly user experiences (UX) for our digital products and platforms.

• Design visually appealing and effective presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce comprehensive brand guidelines to guide the company's design standards.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other groups within the company to align design strategies with GTM and overall objectives.

• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience best practices to continuously enhance our brand.This includes leveraging AI and AI products as part of your daily routine to deliver marketing in a faster, more agile manner.

• Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences

• Manage and maintain a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and content.

• Manage artwork and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the company’s materials.

• Owning all current content and materials for refresh and bringing them up to new creative standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design

• Proven experience in graphic design and UX, preferably in a marketing or creative setting.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Sketch, etc.

• UX design tools are a plus

• Leverage AI daily (ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, other)for agile delivery

• Up to date with industry leading graphic software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

• Experience with web applications including MS Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, Salesforce, HubSpot a plus

• Proven graphic designing experience

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to all levels within the organization

• Highly proficient in all design aspects
