Job Duties/Description:

Understand our Brands/Company and how to market it to our customer baseAssists in the setup and Growth of our social media presence on existing & NEW platforms through competent campaign planning, recommending strategies and working with the marketing team on aligning with budgetsWork with marketing Coordinator to create content for respective platformsBe able to meet rapid growth targets & improve our “reach” on all social media platformsWork with Brand Managers & Marketing Coordinator to come up with marketing content for productsWork with the retail stores to promote in-store promotions or eventsAttend and assist at vendor events (hamfests / tradeshows/local events) as a part of the GP team and promote those on social mediaWork with our CSR manager to create an internal system that funnels social media requests to the appropriate department.Find, sort, analyze, organize, categorize and distill GP and Tech news content among social media channels.Build rapport, credibility and loyalty based on content between the brand and key audiencesAll other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements:

Should possess a drive to meet aggressive goals for reach and conversions from social media platformsExperience navigating internet websites/social pages including social media, commercial websites, etc.Strong working knowledge of reels, stories, posts and other common social media platform toolsAbility to utilize software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and other popular photo and video editing software a plus, but not required.Excellent written and verbal communicator (spelling, grammar, and reading skills).Strong organizational skillsPredictable and reliable attendanceAble to work independently and collaboratively with team members.Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines.
